Informational workshops, fun classes, and an opportunity for adults, youth, and kids to do something fun together mid-week. Includes a light supper and a final gathering.
- Low Hanging Fruit with Sheila Bennett: Provides easy-to-implement actions that can have an immediate impact on your health and can provide long term benefits including better brain functioning.
- Floor and Chair Yoga with Kellie Norrgard: You will learn a variety of movements with Kellie’s excellent direction.
- Community Service Project for all ages with Rosemary and Team: Since this is so close to Valentine’s Day, we will make Valentines for our soldiers and veterans.
